International Orders
We do ship outside of the UK. If you would like your order to be shipped internationally, please enter details of your nominated delivery address at the checkout. If the address is in Europe, there is nothing further you need to do, your shipping cost will be applied automatically according to your chosen destination country. If the address is outside of Europe, your shipping cost will not be applied automatically and will need to be calculated separately. You will need to make a separate payment for the shipping cost for shipping outside of Europe.
International Deliveries
- For courier services to Europe there is a flat rate charge of either £35 or £50, dependent upon the country we are shipping to. The appropriate flat rate will be added to your order once you enter your delivery country. For most locations in Europe, it will take between 4 to 6 days for delivery. (Please note that following Brexit we have temporarily stopped delivering to European countries outside of the UK)
- For courier services to countries outside of Europe, we will have to calculate the delivery charge on a case-by-case basis and it will depend upon the destination address plus the weight and size of the parcel. Once you have placed your order online, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange payment for shipping. The total cost of the basket will not include this delivery charge. For all orders shipped outside of Europe, we will advise of an approximate delivery date at the time of payment.
- In addition to the above, customs taxes or charges may be payable in some countries. This will be at the discretion of the local Customs Authority, and Billings & Edmonds cannot be held responsible for these additional charges.

Prior to purchasing any clothing via our website, we would strongly suggest that you measure your child as per the instructions provided on our website here.
As a general guide, all blazers, pullovers, cardigans and girls’ blouses are sized in chest measurements in inches; and boys’ shirts are sized as collar measurements in inches.
All skirts and trousers are sized in waist measurements in inches, with the secondary measurement being the length of skirt or trouser inner leg, respectively.
Dresses, pinafores and tunics are sized in chest measurements in inches, with the secondary measurement being the dress length in inches.
