Who Needs an Appointment
For any child requiring a new uniform, you may wish to book an appointment for the convenience of an allocated time slot. If you are unable to book an appointment at one of our high street stores, you can still attend the store, but in the busy period (last two weeks of August and first week of September) you may have to wait outside until there is space in the store. If you only need to purchase a few items, there is no need for an appointment.
What is an Appointment
A 55 minutes appointment with one of our experienced members of staff who will advise you on what uniform your child needs for his/her year group and suggest sizes. For Harrow School and Garden House School the appointments are 110 minutes long. If your child is starting School in September, we do recommend booking one of our personal shopping appointments for expert fitting advice, which will save you both time and effort when buying a complete new uniform. There is no charge for this service.
How to Make/Cancel an Appointment
You can book from this page or from your School’s homepage. Please select the appropriate appointment for your School (for one child or for more than one child). You will be sent an automated email confirming the details of your appointment and these can be synchronised with your ICloud or Google or Microsoft calendar. If for any reason you wish to amend or cancel the appointment, you can do so by clicking the link in the original confirmation or by emailing [email protected]
