Where's My Order?

You will know the order has been placed when you reach a page that displays the following message: "Thank you--we have received your order". Later you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.

You may track the progress of your order by logging into your online account. From your account page, please click on ‘My Orders’ and locate your current order. The status of the order will be shown here.

If your order is shown as being despatched, then it will be sent either by first class royal mail (all orders for £49.99 or less) or by courier (all orders for £50 or more). If it is being sent by courier service, it should arrive the next following working day before 4pm (If it is despatched on a Friday then it will not be delivered until the Monday). If your order has been sent by Royal Mail, your order should be delivered 1-3 working days after despatch.
